First Outdoor Strength and Conditioning Class!

Class size: 6-12
What to bring: Workout clothes, WATER, towel, appropriate footwear (cross-trainers preferred), gloves if you care not to develop calluses.

Description: In this class, we will be utilizing many outdoor techniques and concepts geared towards developing functional total-body strength and high cardiovascular output. All the exercises (evolutions) can and will be scaled to the participant's level of fitness so that there is no fear of injury or lack of pace with the class.
